Chris Gotterup has built his reputation on explosive power, fearless play and an ability to deliver when the stakes are high. After collegiate stops at Rutgers and the University of Oklahoma, where he won the 2022 Haskins Award as the nation’s top collegiate golfer, Gotterup turned professional in 2022. He developed his game on the Korn Ferry Tour before earning his place among the PGA Tour’s rising stars.

Gotterup claimed his first PGA Tour title at the 2024 Myrtle Beach Classic, then made an international statement by winning the 2025 Genesis Scottish Open. He elevated his game again in 2026, capturing the Sony Open in Hawaii, WM Phoenix Open and John Deere Classic. His Phoenix victory came in a playoff against Hideki Matsuyama, while his John Deere triumph featured a closing 62.
