Irish golfer Shane Lowry has spent 17 years in the pros, including 11 years on the PGA Tour. He’s won three PGA Tour events, including his first major title at the 2019 Open Championship. Lowry has collected seven additional wins on the European Tour.

Lowry spent two seasons with The Bay Golf Club before joining Boston Common Golf. In The Bay's 2026 season, Lowry led the team in Greenplay stats proving that his scrambling and putting are of high value.

Before going pro, Lowry put himself on the map by winning the 2009 Irish Open on the European Tour while still an amateur. His father, Brendan Lowry, was a Gaelic football player for Offaly. During tour events, Lowry is often spotted sporting black and white clothing as a nod to his hometown's Gaelic sports club.
