NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

VOID IN ALAKSA, HAWAII, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Eligibility: The Keep Up, It’s Golf (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents who are currently physically located in, and legal residents of, one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states of the United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions). Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry into the Sweepstakes. Entrants must also have either a valid Social Security number and/or a valid U.S. Individual Taxpayer Identification Number. Employees of TGL Golf Holdings, LLC (“Sponsor”), Enteractive Solutions Group, Inc. (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), PGA TOUR Inc., the advertising or promotion agencies of those involved in the production, development, implementation, or handling of the Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, and their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, prize suppliers, assigns, or any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Immediate family members (i.e., a spouse, domestic partner, child, sibling, parent, or any of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or any person, whether related or not, living in the same household of an individual affiliated with a Sweepstakes Entity are also ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Period: For all purposes of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor’s computer is the official clock, and all times refer to Eastern Time (“ET”). The Sweepstakes period begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on November 17, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 4, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).This Sweepstakes consists of seven (7) individual separate sweepstakes (each an “Individual Sweepstakes”) and one (1) overall sweepstakes (“Overall Sweepstakes”). Each Individual Sweepstakes begins on a Monday at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends the following Sunday at 11:59 p.m. ET (each an “Individual Entry Period”). See the chart below for the start/end dates and times for each Individual Sweepstakes as well as each corresponding prize and drawing date.

How to Enter: To enter, access the website at https://www.tglgolf.com (“Website”) click on the Sweepstakes link or banner ad during the Sweepstakes Period. To enter, entrants must submit the following information: first name, and last name, email address, and phone number (“Entry Information”). After completing and successfully submitting the Entry Information, said entrant will then receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Entry”). Entries for each Individual Sweepstakes must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on the applicable end date (see chart above). Entries for the last Individual Sweepstakes and the Overall Sweepstakes must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on January 4, 2026. Limit one (1) Entry per person/per email address for each Individual Sweepstakes and up to seven (7) Entries for the Overall Sweepstakes. All required Entry Information must be completed in full, be accurate and be valid. The Entry Information must match the information of the entrant that completed the act of physically entering the Sweepstakes. If an entrant is from a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering or submitting any personally identifiable information. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a minor is defined as a resident of Alabama or Nebraska who is under nineteen (19) years of age, a resident of Mississippi who is under twenty-one (21) years of age, or anyone who is under the age of eighteen (18) in the remaining forty-seven (47) states (“Minor”). Proof of submitting an Entry will not be deemed by the Sponsor as proof of receipt or entry into the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, AI generative technology, or any other methods other than as described herein, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void that entrant’s Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. The Website may not be accessible from all mobile phones, handheld devices, and/or tablets. If an entrant experiences any issues entering, he/she should access the Website from a desktop or laptop computer. If entrants use a web-enabled mobile device to obtain an Entry, data rates may apply (entrants should contact their service provider for data rates/plans). Entrants should use care and not drive or operate machinery while entering the Sweepstakes.

Prizes/Odds of Winning: A total of fifteen (15) prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes: two (2) prizes per Individual Sweepstakes (see chart above) and one (1) prize for the Overall Sweepstakes. The Overall Sweepstakes prize consists of a trip to be shared by the winner and one (1) guest to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida from February 27, 2026 – March 3, 2026. The trip components consist of i) round-trip coach air transportation for trip winner and guest(s) from a major commercial airport (as determined by Sponsor/prize supplier, in their sole discretion) near the trip winner’s residence in the U.S., ii) four (4) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, iii) ground transportation to/from the airport and the hotel, iv) four (4) tickets to the Bear Trap at Cognizant Classic (two (2) for Saturday February 28, 2026 and two (2) for Sunday, March 1, 2026) v) a $1,000 gift card to the PGA National Spa, and vi) two (2) tickets to a TGL Match of the winner’s choice on Sunday, March 1, 2026 or Monday March 2, 2026 including all-inclusive hospitality and field access. The total ARV of the Overall Sweepstakes prize is: $7,000. Potential Overall Sweepstakes winner must travel between February 27, 2026 and March 3, 2026. If a potential Overall Sweepstakes winner is not able to travel on those dates, he/she may be disqualified, and an alternate potential Overall Sweepstakes winner may be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The total ARV of all the prizes: $11,890. The odds of winning an Individual Sweepstakes prize depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received for each Individual Sweepstakes and the odds of winning the Overall Sweepstakes prize depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) Individual Sweepstakes prize per person/family/household for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to replace any merchandise with a newer model or version of same; but, in such event, Sponsor will continue to use the value of the “old” (i.e. replaced) item for purposes of calculating the ARV. The ARV for the trip may vary depending upon the point of departure, destination, fare fluctuation, and if the trip winner takes the allotted number of guests. If the trip winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a Minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian and such person must accompany the winner as the designated guest. If a guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a Minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian and such person must be deemed the winner. Additional compensation will not be provided if value of trip is less than the stated ARV. All expenses associated with the receipt or use of a prize not specifically mentioned as being included (e.g., any requested upgrades/options) are excluded and are the sole responsibility of each winner. The trip winner and guest(s) must travel on the same travel itinerary. Trip subject to air travel and hotel availability, holiday and black-out dates, and all other prize and travel restrictions. Once determined, no change, extension or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except by Sponsor and respective prize supplier in their sole discretion. Once travel has been confirmed, any cancellation or change fees or restructuring of trip are the sole responsibility of the trip winner. No cash equivalent for prize(s) will be available. Prize(s) is not transferable. However, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion choose to substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal or greater value due to unavailability or for any other reason. In the event that a prize component is not available during the time of trip for whatever reason (e.g. weather conditions, illness, unforeseen scheduling conflicts, etc.), then remaining elements of trip shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to trip winner(s) and no additional compensation will be awarded in lieu thereof. Air transportation provided only if trip winner resides more than one hundred (100) miles from destination. Sponsor reserves the right to award the trip “as is” and to structure travel route in its sole discretion. Trip winner(s) is responsible for all other incidentals/expenses not specifically mentioned as being included, including, but not limited to, taxes, government fees, unspecified ground transportation, meals, tips, gratuities, hotel incidentals, excursions, tours, laundry service, local and long distance telephone calls or other communications, mobile phone roaming fees, internet or wireless services, souvenirs, travel documents, service charges, travel insurance premiums, travel insurance, baggage fees, and any other personal expenses. Gift card cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer and is subject to stated terms and conditions. The trip winner and guest, if any, are solely responsible for providing/obtaining all necessary identification and travel documents (e.g., passport, medically advisable immunizations, , etc.). Passports must be valid for six (6) months after the return date of the trip. U.S. travelers must be REAL ID compliant to board domestic flights. Failure to provide such documents may result in trip cancellation upon airport check-in. Any trip winner(s) or guest(s) traveling are advised to familiarize themselves with and comply with the CDC travel guidelines located at https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel. Furthermore, all travelers understand that any trip may present an inherent risk of exposure to current and emerging infectious disease(s) including but not limited to COVID-19 and its variants, and the Sponsor cannot guarantee exposure during the trip will not happen. Trip winner(s) or his/her guest(s) must have/present at least one (1) major credit card in good standing to check-in to hotel. If trip winner elects to travel without a guest or does not accept a prize component, no additional compensation will be awarded. The trip restrictions/conditions stated herein that are not all-inclusive may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the Affidavit/Release (defined below) and/or the trip winner’s travel documents. The Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, choose to substitute any prize with one of comparable or greater value due to unavailability or for any other reason. As applicable, the prizes will only be mailed/shipped/delivered electronically to persons residing in the fifty (50) states of the U.S. (including D.C.). Any depictions of any prize in the promotional materials or otherwise are for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, or other tax liabilities (including but not limited to income taxes for a winner) arising from participation in the Sweepstakes, or the award of any prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner(s). If a prize is $600 or more, winner(s) will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC from the Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee for the total ARV of the prize won (as stated herein) in the calendar year won. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification, as set forth in these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes Administrator is not the supplier or guarantor of any prize.

Drawings: Two (2) potential winners for each Individual Sweepstakes will be randomly selected from all eligible Entries received during the corresponding Individual Entry Period on or about two (2) business days after each Individual Sweepstakes ends by the Sweepstakes Administrator (each an “Individual Drawing”). Non-winning eligible Entries will not be entered into subsequent Individual Sweepstakes. One (1) potential winner for the Overall Sweepstakes will be randomly selected from all eligible Entries received in a drawing to be held on or about January 10, 2026 by the Sweepstakes Administrator (“Overall Drawing”).

Notification of Winners: Each potential Individual Sweepstakes winner and the Overall Sweepstakes winner will be notified by the Sweepstakes Administrator at the phone number/email address associated with his/her Entry within approximately two (2) business days of the applicable Individual Drawing or the Overall Drawing and asked to answer eligibility questions. If a potential winner(s) is from a state that deems him/her to be a Minor, his/her parent/legal guardian will be notified instead. The potential winners will have three (3) days to respond to the email notification. If a potential winner does not respond to the notification within three (3) days; is found to be ineligible; he/she does not comply with these Official Rules; or if his/her notification message is returned as undeliverable, said potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner for the applicable prize may be selected in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner Documents: The potential winner(s) of a prize over $600 will be required to electronically sign and return an original unmodified Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively “Affidavit/Release”), an IRS W-9 Form, a copy of his/her legible government-issued photo identification, and any other documentation that the Sponsor and/or the Sweepstakes Administrator requires within five (5) days after receipt or such potential winner may be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. By returning the completed Affidavit/Release and other documents, the winner(s) attests to the provisions stated therein including the accuracy of the information contained therein and compliance with these Official Rules. Documents received electronically have the same force and effect as the originals. If potential winner(s) is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a Minor, his/her parent or legal guardian will be required to sign the Affidavit/Release and IRS W-9 Form on his/her behalf and provide his/her legible government-issued photo identification and nay other documents required by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion in the same time period and the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian. If the potential winner(s) does not return the required documents within the above-mentioned deadline; is found to be ineligible; if he/she does not comply with these Official Rules; said potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Guest Documents: The trip winner’s guest(s), if any, will be required to electronically sign and return a Liability Release and (where legal) a Publicity Release (“Guest Release”), a copy of his/her legible government-issued identification, and any other documentation that the Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator requires within five (5) days after receipt. Documents received electronically have the same force and effect as the originals. If guest(s) is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a Minor, his/her parent or legal guardian will be required to sign the Guest Release on his/her behalf. If the guest does not return these documents within the above-mentioned deadline; is found to be ineligible; if he/she does not comply with these Official Rules; said guest will not be able to accompany the trip winner and an alternate guest me be considered in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Personal Information/Publicity Grant: Any personal information supplied by entrants to the Sponsor, or its affiliates will be subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://tglgolf.com/info/privacy-policy. Sponsor will not provide any personally identifying information of Minors, regardless of its source, to any third party without the express written consent of entrant’s parent/legal guardian. Thus, except where prohibited by law and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: (1) entry and/or a winner’s (winner’s parent/legal guardian if winner is a Minor) acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use such entrant’s or winner’s name, address (city and state), photo, likeness, email address, biographical information, statement, and voice for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media (including posting on the Website), in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation in connection with said Sweepstakes or the prize awarded and (2) the Sponsor has the right to modify, edit, adapt, electronically alter, use, assign, and/or dispose of such Entries however it sees fit and for any purpose without any notice or compensation to an entrant or any third parties.

Entrants understand, agree, and consent that any personally identifiable information provided to the Sweepstakes Administrator may be retained and used for the purposes of this Sweepstakes (including but not limited to any applicable record keeping, tax forms, state registrations, and/or any prize fulfillment related obligations). The Sweepstakes Administrator does not and will not sell the personally identifiable information of any entrant or winner. Furthermore, the Sweepstakes Administrator will not share or disclose any personally identifiable information to any third-party company or business unrelated to the Sweepstakes. Additionally, if an entrant chooses to opt-in to receive communications from a participating Sweepstakes Entity, his/her Entry Information will be subject to that Sweepstakes Entity’s privacy policy and terms of service (if applicable), and such entrant agrees to receive additional email communication from that particular Sweepstakes Entity. Opting in to receive communications does not improve one’s chances of winning any prize. The privacy policy for any Sweepstakes Entity participating in an opt-in will be accessible from the Sweepstakes entry form.

General Conditions: This Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree and acknowledge to be bound by these Official Rules, as well as the decisions of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Administrator which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with these Official Rules; to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes or the use of any submitted Entry; and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Sweepstakes Entities. Once submitted, Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with the Sweepstakes will be prosecuted and is not eligible for a prize(s). If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes or any portion(s) thereof and instruct the Sweepstakes Administrator to conduct the applicable drawing(s) and award the prize(s) from all salvageable eligible Entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor, or award the prize(s) in a manner that is fair and equitable, as determined by Sponsor. Notice of such action by the Sponsor will be posted on the Website as well as any applicable social media platforms. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted a winning Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with that Entry will be deemed the entrant. Said person must comply with these Official Rules, be the person who completed the act of entering, and, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account.

Disclaimers: The Sweepstakes Entities are hereby released from any responsibility or liabilities related to Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for Entries that are illegible, late, tampered with, forged, incomplete, misdirected, deleted, damaged, lost, misplaced, stolen, destroyed, dropped, inaccessible, corrupted, jumbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and such Entries will be disqualified. By entering the Sweepstakes, the entrants agree and acknowledge that the Sweepstakes Entities are released from any responsibility or liabilities (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death) in connection with: participation in this Sweepstakes; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of the Entry Information; acceptance/possession, use/misuse, and/or defects of a prize awarded herein; typographical errors in the Sweepstakes promotional material; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, internet service provider; any interruption or inability to access the Website (or Sponsor’s/Sweepstakes Administrator’s inability to access content on the Website) or any website or online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; wireless network dead zones or obstructions; any damage to an entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer/mobile device and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this Sweepstakes or from entering or downloading materials/software in connection with the Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects or any other errors or malfunctions; any fraudulent (including unauthorized) gift card uses made with lost, stolen, misplaced, or misappropriated gift cards, incomplete (including inaccurate) gift card database information and canceled gift card amounts or expired gift cards; and/or cancellations, delays and/or policies that may affect travel, or any change by the air carrier(s), lodging facilities, or other company or any other persons providing any components of a travel prize due to reasons beyond the Sponsor’s and/or the Sweepstakes Entities’ control even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities. The entrants hereby acknowledge that the said Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize(s), including express warranties provided exclusively by any prize supplier that are sent along with a prize(s). The Sweepstakes Entities are released from any responsibility or liabilities related to any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity that may be caused by or have contributed to (1) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of a prize supplier (if applicable) or any of its agents, servants, employees, or independent contractors, (2) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of the Sponsor, or (3) any other cause, condition, or event whatsoever beyond the control of the Sponsor or its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies. Any named prize supplier and/or brand name not listed as a Sweepstakes Entity and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees (“Released Parties”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded. Released Parties and their affiliates have not offered or sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way. The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, demonstrations, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, ARBITRATION: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to (i) the Sweepstakes, (ii) the awarding or redemption of any prize, and/or (iii) the determination of the scope or applicability of these Official Rules or their enforcement or interpretation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the U.S. state of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, its enforcement, arbitrability, or interpretation shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration, to be held in Palm Beach County, Florida before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator shall be selected by mutual agreement of the Sponsor and the entrant or entrants bringing forth the controversy or claim, which to the extent permissible must be brought individually and not as part of a class/group (collectively, the “Parties”) or, if the Parties cannot agree, then by striking from a list of arbitrators supplied by the American Arbitration Association or JAMS/Endispute. The arbitration shall be a confidential proceeding, closed to the general public. The arbitrator shall issue a written opinion stating the essential findings and conclusions upon which the arbitrator’s award is based. The Parties will share equally in payment of the arbitrator’s fees and arbitration expenses and any other costs unique to the arbitration hearing (recognizing that each side bears its own deposition, witness, expert and attorneys’ fees and other expenses to the same extent as if the matter were being heard in court). Each entrant agrees that his/her claim will be resolved individually, exclusively by arbitration, without resort to any form of class action. Each entrant further agrees that any claim/judgment/award in such arbitration shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Sweepstakes and in no event will entrant(s) be permitted to obtain attorneys' fees, other legal costs and or/or be entitled to awards. Each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Should any term of this section be deemed by a tribunal of competent jurisdiction void, unenforceable or contrary to law, such term shall, but only to the extent necessary to bring this section within the requirements of law, be deemed to be severed from the other terms of these Official Rules, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall be given effect as if it had not included the severed term herein. THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF.

All email requests must be received no later than two (2) months after the end date. The Official Rules will be available on the Website during the entire Sweepstakes. Name of winner(s) may also be posted on the Website.
