The Home Depot becomes Atlanta Drive GC's presenting sponsor ahead of January 7th season start.

Atlanta Drive GC, Atlanta’s founding team of TGL presented by SoFi, has announced The Home Depot will serve as the team’s presenting sponsor.

"It is an exciting honor to welcome The Home Depot as an official sponsor of Atlanta Drive GC,” said Blank Family of Businesses Owner and Chairman and Atlanta Drive GC Owner Arthur M. Blank. “Home Depot’s values align seamlessly with ours, and it is a natural fit to have them as our first commercial partner. I’m thrilled to see my first entrepreneurial journey with HD and this new, pioneering golf experience with Atlanta Drive GC join forces as we continue to innovate together.”

As part of this multi-year partnership, The Home Depot will receive in-venue activation opportunities at the SoFi Center, home of TGL, branded integration into team content and team announcements, presenting sponsorship of Atlanta Drive GC watch parties and a variety of additional benefits.

"The Home Depot is excited to partner with Atlanta Drive GC on this new and exciting golf league," said Heather Dade-Themelis, The Home Depot’s senior manager of sports marketing. "As a company that values connecting with its customers, we are looking forward to seeing how Atlanta Drive GC connects with new and existing golf fans, all while innovating the game.”

Atlanta Drive GC, which will compete in TGL’s first season launching in January 2025, is part of Arthur M. Blank’s AMB Sports and Entertainment (AMBSE) portfolio, alongside the Atlanta Falcons, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta United and PGA TOUR Superstore.

TGL presented by SoFi consists of six teams of PGA TOUR superstars competing in progressive, fast-paced team golf within the custom-built SoFi Center, a 250,000 square foot, steel-supported venue on the campus of Palm Beach State College in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. TGL will launch on Tuesday, Jan. 7 and the season will run through the end of March. In the U.S., TGL will air primarily in prime time on ESPN and ESPN+ and with other prominent media partners around the globe.
