It’s almost playoff time and three teams remain in contention to snag the fourth and final spot entering Monday’s doubleheader in TGL presented by SoFi.

The festivities kick off with Los Angeles Golf Club taking on The Bay Golf Club at 3 p.m. ET on ESPN2. The No. 1 overall seed in the SoFi Cup Standings is on the line as Los Angeles can surpass The Bay for the top spot with a victory.

Then it’s on to Boston Common Golf vs. New York Golf Club at 7 p.m. ET, also airing on ESPN2.

Both teams are still fighting for a playoff spot and New York can wrap up the No. 4 seed if they can top Boston. The Ballfrogs definitely must to win to get in, and they’d then need additional help Tuesday night when Jupiter Links Golf Club takes on Atlanta Drive GC in the regular season finale at SoFi Center.

Here’s a look at the course layouts for each match.

Match 1: LAGC vs. The Bay Golf Club

The Bay has been the class of the league to this point, improving to 4-0 with a methodical 6-3 victory over Jupiter and putting themselves in a great spot entering the final week. But Los Angeles is rolling as well, coming off a bonkers 5-4 Overtime comeback win over New York in a match they trailed 4-0 with just four holes remaining.

Neither team has lost in regulation this season, with Los Angeles’ lone defeat coming in Overtime against Atlanta, so this one should be a barnburner as they battle it out for the No. 1 spot in the SoFi Cup standings.

The Bay has the honor at the first and that’s always a good thing when Min Woo Lee is on the tee. He’s been mashing the driver all season and set a new TGL ball speed record in his last match at 193 mph.

Tommy Fleetwood and Lee get things started at the Par-4 Straight Up and will be first to hit for their teams again at the par-5 fourth, The Spear. Lee has the longest drive of any TGL player at The Spear, launching one 344 yards in his last match.

Wyndham Clark and Sahith Theegala will be first off at No. 6, Bluebonnet, a 312-yard par-4 that’s been used in all but one match this season and has proved tricky with just 59.1% of players hitting the green in regulation.

Shane Lowry and Collin Morikawa lead off at the eighth, Hatchet, a tough par-4 with only one in six players hitting the green in regulation thus far. The Bay is tops in the league in terms of approach, hitting 75% of greens compared to 66.7% for Los Angeles.

Singles begins at the par-5 10th, Serpent, where players have missed the fairway 60% of the time in five prior matches.

The penultimate hole, On the Rocks, has been utilized in every TGL match this season and saw Theegala make a 28-foot birdie putt to spark the comeback win over New York. Then it’s on to the 15th, Pick Yer Plunder, where the pressure is on Theegala and Clark in what’s been perhaps the most difficult hole in the entire rotation this season with six penalties assessed.

Match 2: Boston Common Golf vs. New York Golf Club

Boston and New York have had a run of tough luck lately, with New York on the wrong end of Los Angeles’ epic comeback. Boston is still without a win on the year but two of their defeats have been by just one point, including one in Overtime to Jupiter. But there’s still an outside shot for the Ballfrogs, while New York can wrap up the playoff spot simply by taking care of business Monday night.

Holes No. 3-4 will be a key stretch early on with the par-3 Set in Stone and par-5 Bonnie Link, both of which are well-known to players by now but have proved difficult – no one has holed a putt outside eight feet on either hole.

Triples concludes at the par-5 Pinery, playing at a reasonable 588 yards. Boston could have a slight advantage here as the Ballfrogs have reached par 5s in two shots six times this season, most in TGL. New York has only done so three times.

Boston can also feel good about the two par 4s in Singles, No. 11 Loot on the Line and No. 13 Alpine – they have a Strokes Gained Approach of +4.72 over their last two matches and remain a very tough out despite their record.

New York has been hot on the greens and could drain some big ones on the Par 3s, No. 12 On the Rocks and No. 14 Cliffhanger. NYGC set a TGL record with 129 combined feet of putts made in their last match and will be looking to finish strong on the short ones.

The match concludes at No. 15, Sterling, a 554-yard par-5 that's seen several birdies – New York tied a league-high with seven total birdies their last time out against Los Angeles.
