Job Summary:

The Coordinator, Business Operations will be responsible for coordinating and executing multiple projects and assignments for the Los Angeles Golf Club team. This position will support LAGC leadership on various initiatives and tasks, demonstrating a willingness and commitment to working in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of the LAGC team, with a focus on organization, planning, and supporting cross-functional teams. This role will also work closely with the league to ensure clear communication and collaboration.

What We Need:

  • Support LAGC Team in Multiple Areas:
    • Serve as the liaison between internal teams for calendar coordination and meeting requirements.
    • Oversee and follow up on all team milestone touch points leading up to major events.
    • Maintain an intimate understanding of day-to-day operations and priorities of the. LAGC team in close alignment with leadership, including project management of key initiatives.
    • Oversee team calendars, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as needed.
    • Manage internal communications and ensure clear, consistent messaging across all departments.
    • Support various teams with planning, organization, and execution of initiatives and events.
    • Develop and maintain internal systems for tracking projects, tasks, and milestones.
    • Assist in the creation and distribution of collateral for internal and external use.
    • Maintain a database of internal assets, including documents, presentations, and promotional materials.
    • Support marketing and content teams with the organization and execution of campaigns and initiatives.
    • Assist with internal reporting and documentation of project outcomes and performance metrics.
    • Provide project management support with clear ownership for various projects, both internally and externally facing.
    • Work closely with the league to ensure clear communication and collaboration on joint initiatives.
    • Other duties as assigned.

Characteristics/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of supporting organizational and operational initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven individual with a clear focus on high-quality work and internal client service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • High degree of professionalism.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for sports and knowledge of the golf industry is a plus

Compensation

The range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
