Job Summary:
Los Angeles Golf Club, a proud team in the TGL league, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Director of Client Services. This individual will manage day-to-day relationships with our team sponsors, oversee activations, and ensure the successful execution of sponsor programs and asset management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, a track record of building strong client relationships, and experience executing high-touch experiences such as golf outings and unique hospitality packages.
What We Need:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for all team sponsors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, understanding their needs and meeting their goals
- Provide regular updates and reports to sponsors on the status of their programs and activations
- Build trust with partners by ensuring contract fulfillment and identifying value-add opportunities
- Program Activation and Execution:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of sponsor activations
- Ensure all sponsor assets are effectively utilized and aligned with agreed-upon strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality activations
- Manage the inventory of sponsor assets and ensure they are properly maintained and accounted for
- Work closely with TGL and PGA TOUR to ensure collaboration and alignment
- Event Management:
- Plan and execute sponsor-related events, ensuring all aspects are meticulously organized
- Work closely with event coordinators, vendors, and sponsors to ensure seamless execution
- Manage on-site activations during events, ensuring sponsor satisfaction
- Organize and execute high-touch experiences for sponsors such as golf outings and unique hospitality packages
- Community Engagement:
- Plan and attend community events to improve sponsor visibility and engagement
- Collaborate with community organizations to identify opportunities for sponsor involvement and support
- Revenue Generation and Inventory Ideation:
- Identify upsell and revenue growth opportunities within existing partnerships
- Utilize research and data analysis to position campaigns, shift assets as needed, and deliver proof of performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize, build, and deliver new partner-focused products and platforms
- Communication and Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on the status and performance of sponsor programs
- Communicate effectively with sponsors, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and communication strategies for sponsor programs

- 6+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a related role
- Strong understanding of sponsorship and activation processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with data-driven marketing and reporting
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong self-starter with excellent team dynamics. Ability to be proactive and jump in wherever needed
- Experience managing relationships with sponsors, partners, high-profile client relationships, and other key stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Passion for sports and knowledge of the golf industry is a plus

Compensation:
- The range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
