The field has been reduced to two teams and there’s only one thing left to do – crown the first-ever winner of the SoFi Cup.
Atlanta Drive GC and New York Golf Club are set to meet in a best-of-three Finals Series matchup at SoFi Center after a pair of upsets in the Semifinals, bringing an end to the inaugural season of TGL presented by SoFi.

Who will be crowned the champion?
No. 3 seed Atlanta has played like one of the top teams in the league since day one. Their lone loss in the regular season came in the second leg of a doubleheader, with The Bay Golf Club eking out a 6-5 victory on Presidents Day.
Atlanta avenged that loss in last week’s Semifinal matchup, securing a 9-3 win over No. 2 seed The Bay to advance to the Finals Series.
Now Justin Thomas, Patrick Cantlay, Billy Horschel and Lucas Glover will look to stay focused as they take on a red-hot New York team in Monday and Tuesday’s matches.
No. 4 seed New York had to fight down the stretch just to get into the postseason, securing their spot in the final week with a 10-6 win over Boston Common Golf. NYGC carried that momentum into the Semifinals and knocked out the No. 1 seed during a 6-4 upset win over Los Angeles Golf Club.
Xander Schauffele, Rickie Fowler, Cameron Young and Matt Fitzpatrick were last in the SoFi Cup Standings after an 0-2 start, in which they were outscored 13-2. New York has since turned it around and now has a very real chance to win the whole thing going into the final week of the postseason.
These two teams met early in the regular season, with Atlanta scoring a 4-0 shutout victory in their TGL debut. Much has happened since then and there’s no doubt Atlanta is facing a much different team this time around.
Getting off to a good start in matches has been a big key all season, and that’ll be especially true Monday with the winner carrying a big advantage into Tuesday night.
There have been a lot of laughs and smiles at SoFi Center over the past three months, but it's all business this week as Atlanta and New York go head-to-head for the right to be named the first league champion in TGL history.
