The PGA TOUR season has come to an end, and we have plenty to celebrate.

Our very own Tommy Fleetwood just became the FedExCup Champion, capturing his first PGA TOUR win, and taking home the $10,000,000 prize.

But before we celebrate, let’s take a step back to appreciate how Tommy got here.

Tommy’s Journey

Golf is a game of patience. It’s a game that asks how much you can endure before it finally gives something back.

For Tommy, that patience stretched across:

  • 163 starts on the PGA TOUR
  • 44 top ten finishes
  • 30 top five finishes
  • 6 runner up finishes

He could taste it time and time again.

But we know Tommy. With each loss, he was humble, he was understanding. And even despite the heartbreaks in recent weeks, months, and years, you could see it coming. You didn’t want to say you could see it coming, but you could see it coming.

Fleetwood’s form was in top shape leading into the Tour Championship, hinting at what could happen in the season finale. Had you been watching him all season, you’d have already started to say “when” Tommy wins, not “if.” He was hitting the ball too well, and he was in contention on Sunday too often. His time was coming.

Then on Sunday, his “when” finally arrived.

Justin Rose (fellow countryman, LAGC teammate, and good friend) may have captured it best. Rose said watching Fleetwood win felt as good as winning himself. It takes immense respect and admiration for a competitor to say that about his opponent.

2025 PGA Tour Recap for LAGC

At the end of the PGA TOUR season, we take a look at the final standings, both by FedExCup points (pre-Tour Championship) and Official World Golf Rankings. Pre-Tour Championship points, while failing to capture Tommy's lone win, captures the entire body of work for the 2025 season.

Here's where our team landed:

Sahith Theegala

  • FedExCup Ranking: 147th
  • Official World Golf Rankings: 61st

Theegala may be looking back on this season with frustration, but with strong performances at both The Genesis and The Masters, he showed us what he can do in big moments. He finished 147th in FedExCup points, but because of a strong 2024, he remains at 61st in the OWGR. He finished last year at 13th, so we expect a major bounceback year for Sahith in 2026.

Collin Morikawa

  • FedExCup Ranking: 21st
  • Official World Golf Rankings: 8th

Morikawa played consistent golf all year — making 16/19 cuts with two runner-up finishes. Morikawa (despite lacking a win this season) finds himself squarely in the Ryder Cup conversation, and we'll await the news of his selection come later this morning.

Justin Rose

  • FedExCup Ranking: 4th
  • Official World Golf Rankings: 12th

Justin Rose had his fair share of big moments this year. Losing the Masters in a playoff to now Grand Slam champion Rory McIlroy, winning a thrilling playoff of his own over J.J. Spaun in the St. Jude Championship — Rose has had a great year, and we're looking forward to more.

Tommy Fleetwood

  • FedExCup Ranking: 5th
  • Official World Golf Rankings: 6th

Of course, his new FedExCup Ranking is #1 after his win at the Tour Championship. But this goes to show that this was no fluke, and he played his best golf when it mattered most. Over the past three weeks, Tommy finished 1st, 4th, and 3rd respectively. You could argue no one is playing better in the world than Tommy Fleetwood is right now.

Momentum for LAGC

Tommy's win put a bow on an impeccable season for LAGC, but as we mentioned, it wasn’t just Tommy getting it done over the postseason. Justin Rose delivered his own brilliance, nearly spoiling Rory's Masters and winning the St. Jude Championship. He’s yet again reminding everyone that his game belongs on the biggest stages as much as anyone’s.

Together, their breakout performances showed us what LAGC’s roster is capable of. Not to mention Morikawa has stayed consistently at the top, and Theegala can flip a switch at any moment.

In a sport that feels so individual, LAGC is a unit with team chemistry that's producing serious momentum going into the 2026 TGL season.

Like Tommy, we’ll be back with our best. We’re thankful to have this team and the best fans in the league.
