Carlsbad, Calif. and Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. (September 17, 2025) – TGL presented by SoFi, the primetime, team golf league announced that Full Swing will return as an Official Technology Partner. TGL’s second season launches with its network television debut on ABC on Sunday, December 28 at 3 p.m. ET, and the opening match will feature a rematch of last season’s Finals as defending champion Atlanta Drive GC takes on New York Golf Club.

“We’re honored and excited to continue playing a central role in the gameplay for TGL,” said Jason Fierro, chief operating officer, Full Swing. “Working with the team at TGL has been inspiring and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how our technology performed in Season 1. We look forward to an even better Season 2 and beyond, which will continue to showcase our team’s unmatched talent for innovation.”

“From the beginning, Full Swing has been integral to TGL’s success as a partner across so many elements of the technology mix,” said Andrew Macaulay, chief technology officer, TMRW Sports. “Creating an indoor, team golf competition at an unprecedented scale is only possible thanks to TGL’s hybrid mix of leading golf technologies like Full Swing. And now we’re applying data analysis from the inaugural season to elevate next season’s experience for players, teams, and fans.”

Full Swing’s contributions to TGL’s Season 2 gameplay include:

  • Full Swing KIT Launch Monitors: Capturing accurate moment-of-impact data, including ball and club measurements, Full Swing KIT Launch Monitors are part of the hybrid mix of technologies for shots into TGL’s massive screen. The ScreenZone features three arrays with 18 launch monitors to ensure accuracy and versatile coverage for right- and left-handed golfers within the real-grass hitting area.

  • Virtual Golf Holes: Leading the creation of TGL’s virtual world environment, the high-definition development of TGL’s custom-designed golf holes operates on a customized Full Swing Golf simulator software platform.

  • Digital Caddie: Creating an interactive yardage book on touchscreen monitors that allow TGL teams to preview and strategize each hole.

  • Virtual Green by Full Swing: Designing the largest-ever-built, transformational putting surface with more than 600 actuators that morph the green’s topography.

  • Gameplay System Architecture: Connecting virtual and live-action technologies through custom software for TGL’s gameplay experience.

TGL features six teams of PGA TOUR superstars in a season-long competition airing across ESPN’s platforms in the U.S. and more than 130 countries and territories around the globe. SoFi Center is home to TGL’s custom-built, indoor field of play, which is one of the most technologically advanced fields in all of sports.
